Orbital 3000
The Orbital 3000 uses elliptical motion for extended screen life and excellent conveyance.
The large screen is 30 ft2 and high g forces of over 7 g's results in exceptional performance.

Orbital 3000 Cascading
The Orbital 3000 cascading shaker has a high performance and low maintenance design. The
scalping deck is 18 in2 with 30 ft2
for the primary deck. Other features include near linear motion, 6.75 g's acceleration,
snap in place screen seals, quick connect shipping straps, stainless splash guard and
jack type angle change mechanism.
Orbital Drying Shaker with Walkways
The Orbital 3000 Dyring Shaker has an open frame base with walkways on each side for easy access of shaker bed.
The Orbital 3000 Drying Shaker with a 10 barrel sump also features jacks at the feed and
discharge end of the shaker. The grated walkways on each side of the unit provides a convenient
height to safely and rapidly change screens and monitor performance.
Orbital Conversion Kit
The Orbital 3000 conversion kit is a simple drop in into your existing base. Installation
does not require drilling, cutting or welding. This drop in offers the same performance of
a standard Orbital 3000 without the need to modify tankage or flow piping to the shaker.
Orbital 3000 Dual
The Orbital 3000 Dual mounts two Orbital 3000 baskets on a single base.
This configuration has several advantages, such as faster rig setup and tear-down.
The Orbital 3000 Dual is also conveniently arranged to simplify the transition from normal

The Orbital 3000 Triple mounts three Orbital 3000 baskets.

Orbital 3000 with Vapor Hood
The Orbital 3000 with vapor hood is a four panel shaker with a vent hood. Volitale gases or dry
dust can be removed using one of two different suction points. This allows for industrial applications
where processing gas or dust is necessary for safe operation.
Orbital Industrial
The Orbital 3750 Industrial shaker has a modular feed manifold which distributes
the flow at the feed end of the shaker. The underflow is collected in a cone shaped pan

Orbital Mud Cleaner with Linear Ten Cone Manifold (1000 gpm capacity)
The Orbital three panel mud cleaner uses Orbital motion for extended screen life and excellent
conveyance along with 10 high performance hydrocyclones operating at a flow rate of 1000 gpm.
In addition to excellent performance, the Orbital Mud Cleaner has a small footprint.
Being only 7' 6" long and 5' 1" wide, allows walkway access to the mud cleaner when mounted on rigs with
limited space.
Orbital 3000 Horizontal Boring
The ORBITALd 3000 Horizontal Boring is a four panel shaker specifically designed to handle mud with high solids
content which is often found on horizontal rigs. The Orbital 3000 horizontal boring shaker
has 30 ft2 of screening area, yet when transporting,
does not require a wide road certificate.
